Return & Refund Policy
At Atelier Rosewood, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
Please read our return conditions carefully before sending anything back.
Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- In its original condition
- Returned with the original packaging and tags, where applicable
To start a return, please contact us first at info@atelier-rosewood.com. Please do not send your item back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the return instructions and return address.
Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery. In these cases, Atelier Rosewood will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution depending on the situation.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue when contacting us about a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Worn or washed items
- Personalized items
- Underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons
Sale items may be returned under our normal return conditions, unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase, unless the order has already been processed.
Because we work with fulfillment partners to process orders efficiently, we may not be able to cancel or change an order once processing has started.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different size, colour, or style, please return the original item according to this policy and place a new order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days after delivery at info@atelier-rosewood.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours, household members, your building reception, parcel locker, or local delivery point.
If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at info@atelier-rosewood.com. We may open an investigation with the carrier or fulfillment partner. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
