Atelier Rosewood currently ships to customers in Canada only. All orders are processed and shipped with the support of our fulfillment and logistics partners.

Please read our shipping information carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Destination

We currently ship to Canada only.

At this time, we do not ship to countries outside Canada.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within [1–2 business days] after your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During busy periods, promotions, holidays or unexpected fulfillment delays, processing times may be slightly longer.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

If your tracking link does not update immediately, this does not always mean your package has not been shipped. Tracking updates may take some time to appear in the carrier’s system.

6. Fulfillment Partners

Atelier Rosewood works with third-party fulfillment and logistics partners to process, pack and ship customer orders.

These partners may ship products directly to customers on behalf of Atelier Rosewood.

Atelier Rosewood remains responsible for customer service, order communication, returns and refunds in accordance with our policies.

7. Multiple Items in One Order

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability, fulfillment location or logistics processing.

If your items arrive in separate packages, you will receive tracking information where available.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Atelier Rosewood is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@atelier-rosewood.com.

Orders can only be changed within 12 hours after purchase, unless the order has already been processed.

9. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped to customers in Canada may be subject to applicable taxes, duties, customs fees or import charges depending on local regulations and shipping method.

Where applicable, taxes and shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your order. We aim to provide clear pricing so you can review your total before payment.

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with:

- Building reception
- Parcel locker
- Local delivery point
- Your local carrier

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at info@atelier-rosewood.com.

We may open an investigation with the carrier or fulfillment partner. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, we may offer a replacement, refund or another suitable solution.

12. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after delivery at info@atelier-rosewood.com.

Please include:

- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund or another suitable solution depending on the situation.
