Atelier Rosewood is an online fashion store offering women’s clothing and accessories to customers in Canada.

Atelier Rosewood does not store your full credit card details.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently sell and ship to customers in Canada.

Orders are processed and shipped with the support of our fulfillment and logistics partners. These partners may process, pack and ship products directly to customers on behalf of Atelier Rosewood.

Estimated delivery times are provided on our website and in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information where available.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving their order, provided the item meets our return conditions.

Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition and returned with original packaging and tags where applicable.

Customers must contact us before sending any return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For damaged, defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days after delivery. We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund or another appropriate resolution.

9. Cancellations and Order Changes

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase, unless the order has already been processed.

Because we work with fulfillment partners to process orders efficiently, we may not be able to cancel or change an order once processing has started.

10. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different size, colour or style, please return the original item according to our Return & Refund Policy and place a new order.

11. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours, household members, your building reception, parcel locker or local delivery point.

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us at info@atelier-rosewood.com. We may open an investigation with the carrier or fulfillment partner.

Depending on the outcome of the investigation, we may offer a replacement, refund or another suitable solution.

12. Accuracy of Information

We aim to keep all information on our website accurate, complete and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all information is always free from errors, omissions or inaccuracies.
